To open an account on Straight My Teeth, follow these steps:

- The journey starts with a dental impression kit delivered to your home or taking 3D intraoral scans at the dentist’s office.
- Based on your dental records and desired smile results, the experts will map out a step-by-step journey for you to visualize your transformed smile.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a set of clear aligners along with instructions on how to maintain your treatment plan.
- Every ten days or so, you’ll switch your clear aligner for the new, current aligner in your set.

Straight My Teeth Return Policy?
The Return & Refund Policy at Straight My Teeth is customer-friendly. For the Impression Kit, returns are not accepted for safety reasons. If the made teeth impressions are lost in transit, a new impression kit will be mailed to redo impressions, however, a refund can't be entertained.
If the team of experts determines that a customer isn’t a suitable candidate for Invisible Aligners, the entire amount will be refunded. Once the order for Aligners has been placed, returns are not accepted. In case of ill-fitting, new aligners will be fabricated.
If at the end of the treatment, having followed all stipulated guidelines, a customer isn’t happy with the results, the team can re-evaluate the results. If the re-evaluation is approved, the customer may be eligible for additional aligners. Refinement can also be requested for a charge of £300.
All orders are nonrefundable. A full refund will only be issued if upon receiving teeth impressions in the mail the experts determine that the customer is not a suitable candidate for the aligner treatment. All refunds are processed within 6-8 weeks after approval (service charges may apply), and are returned to the customer via the customer’s payment method only.
